BOX SCORE
SAN RAFAEL, Calif. — The Dominican University of California women's tennis team fell 5-0 to Sonoma State on Friday afternoon in a rain-shortened match. Rain washed away doubles play and did not allow for the finish of the number one singles set between Dominican freshman
Irina Morozova and SSU senior Dana Carollo.
The Dominican women, who had their last two matches rained out, stepped foot on the courts for a match for the first time in 20 days. It showed, as no Dominican player fared better than 6-1 in their first set. Freshman

Jamie Fernandez was swept in her first set at the number four singles matchup and played much stronger in her second set but eventually fell 6-4. Senior
