Box Score QUINCY, Ill. – Dominican men's lacrosse wrapped up their Midwest road trip with a match-up against Quincy University Thursday afternoon. The Penguins offense was able to score 10 goals for the second consecutive game but came up short in this lone falling to the Hawks 13-10.
Eide provided the offense for the Penguins Thursday afternoon scoring a game-high four goals. The Pleasant Hill native now has nine goals on the season.
Junior
Luke Vando picked off where he left off last game scoring the first two goals for the Penguins.
Connor Barnes received a nice pass from
Jackson Gradstein which led to a Dominican goal in the final seconds of the first period. After one, the score was all tied at three.
The Hawks would end the second period with a 9-3 lead. However, coming out of halftime is when the Penguins offense started to gain some momentum. Eide would give the Hawks defense fits in the second half scoring all his goals in the third and fourth period.

Wyatt Anderson helped Eide in the scoring department each getting a goal in the second half.
Dominican will have a week off before returning to action March 16
th to face Maryville University in Salt Lake City, Utah.
