SAN RAFAEL, Calif. — The Dominican University of California Penguin Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is set to host the fourth annual Junior Penguin Day event on Sunday, April 27, 2014. The FREE event will take place at the Conlan Center on Dominican's campus from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Elementary school-age children (K-8) are invited to spend the day playing basketball, soccer, and volleyball and learning from Dominican student-athletes.
Children will also have the chance to play with and get autographs from their favorite Dominican student-athletes and meet Dominican's mascot, Chilly the Penguin.
