ROMEOVILLE, Ill.- Dominican women's lacrosse wrapped up their road trip with a Tuesday night match-up with the Flyers of Lewis University. The Penguins were able to score 13 goals, but the Flyers came out victorious in this one.
Graduate student
Jacelyn Lazore led the Penguins offense against Lewis University going for six goals which was a team high. Junior
Brooke Vafi was second on the team with three goals against the Flyers and sophomore
Taylor Pieri posted two on the night.
The Penguins offense has clicked of late scoring double-digit goals in six straight games. The Flyers offense just kept coming all night as they never trailed in this one.
Dominican will be back in action April 24
th as they travel to Westminster University.
