IRVINE, Calif. – Dominican once again topped the 90% mark as it had 90.59% of its eligible student-athletes named to the 2021-22 Academic All-PacWest Team.
In order to earn a spot on the Academic All-PacWest team, a student-athlete must have completed at least two semesters with a 3.0 grade-point average or better and have competed in a sport during the 2021-22 season.
Men's basketball, women's golf and softball placed all their eligible athletes on the team while men's soccer in total number of selections with 26. Dominican had 11 student-athletes who posted a 4.0 GPA, while the conference saw a record 81 student-athletes attain the mark this year.
Dominican had 175 selections on this year's team, the fourth most in the PacWest, among the conferences 1,795 selections.
