IRVINE, Calif. — The Dominican University of California men's soccer team fell 4-0 at Concordia on Thursday in PacWest action.
The Penguins (3-10-1/3-5-1 PacWest), who trailed 1-0 at the half, saw the deficit slip out of reach in the second half. Connor Gordon, who had a hand in all four Eagles goals, put the ball into play quickly after a Dominican foul, and Ether Bustos finished to the bottom left. Gordon scored on a penalty kick in the 71st minute and scored again three minutes later.
Dominican had some good opportunities but failed to convert.

Arturo Carrillo Contreras had a free kick from the top of the box with 20 minutes left but his shot sailed high.
