ST. GEORGE, Utah — The Dominican University of California women's soccer team was shutout 1-0 at Dixie State on Thursday in Pacific West Conference.

Katrina Cline had the game's first shot, in the fourth minute, but her shot sailed high. Sara Pimentel followed with a shot in the 14th minute and had her attempt blocked.

Both teams tallied six shots on goal for the night. However, the Red Storm netted the golden goal in the 30th minute. Jasmine Orollo passed to Alissa Moffat on the right side of the field, who beat Dominican goalkeeper Ashley Lentz to the top shelf.

Kendra Corsberg had five shots, four on goal, for the Penguins. Her final shot came in the 89th minute when her header off of Pimentel's corner kick was saved.
