Gaulding was named Recreational Sports Manager in the Department of Athletics in Jan. 2014. He is responsible for implementing a comprehensive intramural sports program as well as providing leadership for student club sport teams Gaulding will also be scheduling outdoor recreational opportunities in addition to assisting with the management of the summer sports camp program. Â
Before moving to Athletics, Gaulding served as the operations manager for the Venture Greenhouse from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2013. Prior to that, he worked in Dominican's Human Resources department as the recruitment and selection technician from 2007-2012.
Gaulding earned his BA in Sociology and Communications from Lake Forest College in 2004 and his MBA in Sustainable Enterprise from Dominican in 2012.
