Josh Ault was hired as Dominican's head men's and women's golf coach in August 2024.
Ault came to San Rafael with eight years of experience coaching collegiate golf. Prior to Dominican, Ault spent three years at the helm of Westmont College where he coached four individual tournament winners. Ault transformed the Warriors golf program with an emphasis on a strong community and culture. Prior to coaching at Westmont College, Ault spent five seasons as the head coach at Providence Christian College. He started the golf program during the 2016-17 season and led the men's team to the NCCAA National Championship in 2018. Ault also served as the sports information director for one year during his time with the Sea Beggars.
Ault started his collegiate coaching career at Occidental College. He is also an elite amateur golfer, winning the Amateurgolf.com Callaway Winter Invite.
