Ali McNeal joined the Dominican staff in October 2024 in the role of Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Game Operations.
Ali is a Dominican alum graduating in the spring of 2024 after spending five years with the women's soccer program. Ali played in 43 games as a soccer player for the Penguins scoring four goals. She was also a member of the game operations student staff serving in many different positions while also becoming a manager of the student staff for two years. In addition to her work with game operations, Ali also served as a shift manager for the Conlan Recreation Center for multiple years. Her intricate knowledge of Dominican as both a student-athlete and employee propelled her into her current position as she seeks to continue her work for the Penguins.
Ali is a native of Erie, Colorado. She is the daughter of Joanna and Jimmie McNeal and has five siblings.
