2025: Milar earned Academic All-PacWest honors...She totaled 117 assists and 43 digs while adding nine service aces, including a four-ace performance at Cal Poly Humboldt that placed her in Dominican’s single-match record book for aces in a three-set match...Milar contributed in multiple phases of the game during her junior season, playing in 14 matches with two starts...Milar’s season also included 22 assists against Cal St. Monterey Bay and eight digs against Chaminade, underscoring her ability to contribute as both a setter and defender.

Before Dominican: Named First Team All-Region for the Tritons in her final year and Third Team All-Region as a freshman...Was named MVP for Edmonds College volleyball...Received the Coach's Award.
