Bailey Steger

Bailey Steger was hired as a volunteer assistant coach in May 2022 before being promoted to assistant coach in August 2022. 

A native of Half Moon Bay, California, Steger comes to Dominican with an extensive background as a player for both indoor and beach volleyball. The former Division I athlete saw time with College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, before transferring to Loyola Marymount University in 2018 where she played both indoors and on the sand. During her time as an undergrad, Steger appeared in the second round of the NCAA Championship Tournament in addition to being named to the 2018-19 and 2019-2020 WCC Commissioner’s Honor Roll. She graduated LMU with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, minoring in applied math.

Following the completion of the pursuit of her bachelor’s degree, Steger earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in business analytics. During her time as a Moc, Steger was named an Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner Honor Roll recipient twice, was named to the Academic All-Southern Conference Team and received a nods on the Ohio Valley All Conference Team in back-to-back years.
