2022-23: Set a personal bests in the 100m with a time of 13.49 at the Brutus Hamilton Invite...Set a Dominican record of 2.35m in the Pole Vault at the Chabot Open...Topped her previous Dominican record in the javelin set the year before with a throw of 31.37m at the PacWest Championships...Also participated in cross country racing in the San Francisco State Invitational Women's 6k and placing 91st of 99 participants with a time of 33:06.8.

2021-22: Academic All-PacWest recipient...Led track and field team in javelin with a throw of 28.68m in the PacWest Championships...Also participated in the discus and the shot put ranking second on the team in both events with personal bests of 21.01m in the discus during the East Bay Invite and 7.23m in shot put at the Johnny Mathis Track & Field Meet.

Before Dominican: Earned Scholar Athlete recognition at American Canyon High School as well as earning the Lone Wolf Award for maintaining a GPA over 3.8...Named Wolf Pack Leader for her varsity volleyball team...Named MVP of the junior varsity team.

Personal: Daughter of Charlotte and Haggeo Capulong...Has two brothers, Peter and Kaiden.
