2025: Matthews earned Academic All-PacWest honors...She delivered her best offensive match against Lincoln Memorial with 14 kills, eight digs and three blocks, and she added her name to the record book with 44 attack attempts in a three-set match against Oklahoma Baptist...Matthews appeared in 16 matches and 30 sets as a junior, totaling 44 kills, 26 digs, six total blocks and 48.5 points.

2024: Matthews earned Academic All-PacWest honors...Matthews remained a regular contributor as a sophomore, appearing in all 26 matches and 76 sets...She totaled 98 kills, 73 digs, 17 total blocks and six service aces, giving Dominican production as both an attacker and back-row option...Her season continued to show the versatility that defined her role on the pins.

2023: Matthews earned Academic All-PacWest honors...Matthews also entered the single-match record book with four service aces in a three-set match against Cal St. Dominguez Hills...Matthews made an immediate impact as a freshman, appearing in 23 matches and 70 sets...She finished with 132 kills, 110 digs, 16 service aces and 10 total blocks, one of the Penguins’ strongest all-around freshman seasons.
