Sconyers joined the Dominican tennis staff ahead of the 2017 season. He brings a wealth of experience and is well entrenched in Marin tennis. 

He has been a USPTA Pro #1 since 1986 and was named USPTA Pro of the Year for Northern California in 1998. He was named Leukemia’s Hastings Man of the Year for the top fund-raiser in 1995. Sconyers earned a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara, where he was a four-year varsity player and four-year All-Conference singles and doubles player. In 2014, he was ranked No. 1 in USTA NorCal Men’s 45 Doubles.
