Paige Carmichael was named strength and conditioning coach for the Dominican women’s basketball, soccer, and volleyball programs in March 2014.

The former NSCAA Strength and Conditioning All-American most recently served as assistant women’s soccer coach at Arizona State University since July 2010. While there, the Sun Devils made a pair of NCAA postseason tournament appearances in 2010 and 2012.

She was the director for Arizona Soccer Club’s “BOLT” from 2012-13, a program designed to blend recreation and competitive soccer.

A graduate of Texas A&M university, Carmichael in 2008 earned her B.S. in Sports Management. She minored in Business and International and Cultural Management. She served as a volunteer strength and conditioning coach at Texas A&M where she assisted in the instruction of teams in agility drills, conditioning, and lifting. Carmichael also served as a student assistant for Texas A&M in 2008 while at the same time coaching a U12 girls team in College Station, Texas.

As a player at Texas A&M, Camichael was team captain her junior and senior seasons. She earned Big 12 All-Conference honors and was a two-time member of the Big 12 All-Tournament Team, including being named the tournament's defensive MVP in 2005. She helped lead the Aggies to four consecutive Big 12 regular season titles and four consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances, including an Elite Eight appearance in 2006.

Additionally, Carmichael played professional club ball for FC Indiana in 2009.
