2025: Academic All-PacWest…Mejia became a major contributor, recording one goal, three assists, five points and 11 shots over 1,143 minutes...She delivered a two-assist match in a crucial tie at Vanguard and helped Dominican advance to the PacWest Tournament final after tying for third in the regular-season standings.

2024: Academic All-PacWest…Mejia generated 15 shots and logged 556 minutes in her first Dominican season.

Before Dominican: Named All-CCCAA while playing at Mira Costa Community College in 2023...Finished with six goals and three assists for the Spartans.
