Ashley Hill played all four years of attack for the USC's Women of Troy with a highlight record 14 for 17 (.824) SOG percentage a 2 for 4 from free position her inaugural year and ended her career on the Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll.

During her high school four-year varsity career at Marin Catholic HS, Hill was a U.S. Lacrosse High School All-American, two-time High School Academic All-American, four-time Marin County Athletic League All-Conference, and helped lead MCHS to league championships in 2013 and 2014.

Hill is currently a Director/Coach for Bay Area Elite in Marin. She graduated USC with honors and bachelors degree in Bio/Pre-OT. She is currently working towards her doctorate degree in occupational therapy.
