2012:  Personal best time was 21:14.6 for 5K when she finished second on the team and 96th overall in the Bronco Invitational Open on Oct. 13. Also posted 5K  time of 22:27.8 to place second for the Penguins and 68th overall at Pacific West Conference championships at Hawaii Pacific on Oct. 27. Highest finish was 43rd at Sonoma State Invite on Sept. 22. Made Dean's List for Spring and Fall 2012 semesters. Inducted into National College Athlete Honor Society, Chi Alpha Sigma. Earned Women's Cross Country Coaches Award at all-sports awards ceremony in April of 2013… Named to PacWest Academic All-Conference Team.

2011: Finished third for the Penguins with a time of 25:09 in the Hornet Jamboree Invitational at Sacramento State on Sept. 10. Finished second on the team in the Mills College Invitational on Sept. 17. Placed 50th overall with a time of 23.39.6 in the 5K Pacific West Conference Championships hosted by Grand Canyon University in Arizona on Oct. 29. Named Coach's Award winner for Dominican women's cross country at all-sports awards ceremony in April 2012.

2010:  Was Dominican's fourth fastest runner in four of the six meets last season. Best time was 22:49 over 5K course at 20-team Santa Clara Invitational on Oct. 16… Named to PacWest Academic All-Conference Team.

Personal: Parents Regina and Dennis Woodglass… Older brother Scott… Named the first recipient of the Building Bridges Award (2013)… As a junior, traveled to New York City to participate in a three-week service-learning course called “Urban Community as Canvas for Social Change.”
