Biography

2015: Tied for first all-time in the Division II era for gunning down two runners in a single game.

2014: Appeared in 37 games with 28 starts… Hit .295/.333/.318… Posted .943 fielding percentage… Named to PacWest Academic All-Conference Team for third time.

2013: Appeared in 54 games with 49 starts… Batted .197/.291/.250 with one home run… Named to PacWest Academic All-Conference Team for second time.

2012: As a freshman played in 39 games, starting 35. Tied for team lead in sacrifice bunts. Fourth in walks. Second on team in fielding percentage (.978) with only three errors in 136 chances. Recorded first collegiate hit , run and RBI at Cal State Stanislaus on Feb. 5. Did not commit an error in her final 23 games… Named to PacWest Academic All-Conference Team.

Personal: Daughter of Ana and Frank Talavera. Competed as a catcher and first baseman for John Marshall High School.
