Biography

2012: Named to PacWest Academic All-Conference Team for third consecutive year… Inducted into National College Athlete Honor Society, Chi Alpha Sigma.

2011: Played in two games as a junior. Had one shot on goal… Named to PacWest Academic All-Conference Team for second consecutive year.

2010: Played in nine games… Had one shot… Named to PacWest Academic All-Conference Team.

2009: Played in 13 games. Had one assist and one shot. Assisted on Dominican's first goal in 4-2 loss to CSU San Bernardino on Aug. 30 in Penguins' first season in NCAA Division II.

Personal: Son of Julie and Doug Mitchell. Brother, Andrew. Competed on Penguins golf team in 2009-10. Named "Newcomer of the Year" on Dominican's men's golf team in 2010. He and his brother attended the FIFA World Cup in South Africa in 2010. President of  Penguins Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (PSAAC) who attended conference convention in Hawaii in September of 2011. Co-founded with his father Play On Soccer in Helena. Interned at Strategies 360 in summer of 2012.
