Joshua Dabora joined Dominican's staff in 2024 for the fall men's soccer season. Prior to his time with the Penguins, Dabora coached at Marin FC and was an assistant coach for Archbishop Mitty High School. He also served as a video analyst for the Oakland Roots.
Dabora competed at the highest level of NCAA Division I men's soccer as a player for Penn State and Santa Clara. He played in the NCAA Tournament three times and won two WCC Conference Championships with the Broncos. IN 2021, Dabora was named Second Team All-West Coast Conference and was named academic all-conference all four years, twice for the Big 10 and twice for the WCC.
