Biography

2014: WILA Offensive Player of the Year… Unanimous selection to First Team All-WILA as midfielder… Named WILA Offensive Player of the Week for weeks of March 10-16, April 14-20, and April 21-27… Named to Lacrosse Magazine Honor Roll April 14, April 21, and April 28 for weeks prior… career-high 36 goals and 51 points are both WILA single-season records… Scored the game-winner in double overtime of a 13-12 victory at Adams State on April 11 en route to matching a career-high five goals… Netted a career-high six assists and matched a career-high 10 points in a 23-6 victory over NDNU on April 19… Named Dominican Men's Lacrosse Most Outstanding Player.

2013: Named First Team All-WILA as midfielder.

2012: Named WILA Freshman of the Year and All-WILA First Team… Tied for fifth in the nation in NCAA Division II for points per game (4.00) and 10th in assists per game (1.83)… Second in Western Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association in points (48) and third in goals (26)… Played in 12 games, started 11… Led team in assists (22) and shots (71)… Second on the team in points, goals, caused turnovers (8) and man-up goals (4)… Missed final game of the season with injury… Had man-up goal and two assists in Dominican debut vs. New York Institute of Technology on Feb. 19… Scored a team single-game season-high five goals and 10 points in win vs. NDNU on Feb. 25… Had a team single-game season-high 12 shots and season-high eight ground balls in win at Fontbonne on March 6… Scored five goals in win vs. Lindenwood on March 27… Scored four goals, including game-winner, in win vs. Colorado Mesa on March 30.

High School: Competed for Issaquah (Wash.) Eagles, where he was a captain senior year… Named Freshman of the Year… Named to Adrenaline All-American and All-WHSBLA First Team as a senior… Also named US Lacrosse WA Player of the Week ... Named All-WHSBLA Second Team as a junior… Member of Eagles' 2008 and 2009 state championship lacrosse teams.

Personal: Son of Lena and John Powers, sister Amanda.  Played club lacrosse for Seattle Starz and West Coast Starz. Born in Stockholm, Sweden… Adrenaline All American 2011 and recipient of the Tyler Lucas Memorial Scholarship… Represented Wash. in All American Showcase 2011… Born in Sweden… Played World Championship 2010 for Team Sweden and European Championship 2012… Named European Team 2012.
