Joey Sullivan

Sullivan is a former Penguin lacrosse player and team captain, playing both midfield and defense during his four-year career. He came to Dominican from Granite Bay High School in Granite Bay, Calif.

During his senior campaign, Sullivan started in eight games and appeared in all 11 of the Penguins' contests. He was a key member of the 2010 squad that brought the program its first-ever Baggataway Cup with back-to-back wins over Grand Canyon University and Westminster College.

Sullivan was one head coach Ned Webster's first-ever recruits and looks forward to contributing to the program as a coach now.

He is working towards completion of a Communications degree at Dominican and has been an active member of the student-run Internet radio station, http://radio.dominican.edu.

He is married to his wife Megan, who is also a Dominican graduate.
