2025-26: Gladys made seven stroke-play appearances and one match-play start during his freshman season. His breakthrough came at the Dominican Spring Invitational, where rounds of 71, 74 and 74 produced a 3-over 219 and ninth-place finish while competing as an individual. He subsequently earned lineup spots at the Hanny Stanislaus Invitational, PacWest Championships and NCAA regional, placing 23rd at the conference tournament. He earned Academic All-PacWest honors following the season.
