Kim Neal was hired as a Mental Conditioning Coach by Dominican University of California in December of 2021. Kim has often been seen around the Dominican campus as she has worked with several Dominican athletic programs since 2017 as a mental conditioning coach.Â
Neal joins the Penguins with an array of designations that she's earned in the field of psychology, including a master's in social work, a bachelor's degree in psychology and a graduate certificate in sports psychology while also possessing a law degree. Neal has spent over 20 years representing and advocating for abused and neglected children in addition to her continued involvement in athletics both as a participant and coach.Â
In college, Neal played varsity lacrosse and field hockey while also rowing crew. Her current hobbies include playing pickleball, hiking, surfing, running, yoga and being an avid reader.Â
