Biography

2012-13: Named to the 2012–13 PacWest Preseason All-Conference Men's Basketball Team… Named to PacWest Fantastic 15 for the weeks of Nov. 5 and 26.

2011-12: Named to PacWest All-Conference Second Team. As a junior played in 29 games, starting 22. Averaged 25.7 minutes and team-high 11.2 points and 5.7 rebounds per game. Named to PacWest Weekly Top 10 Honor Roll team-high seven times, including PacWest Player of the Week for Nov. 30-Dec. 4.  Finished 19th in the PacWest in scoring, 12th in rebounding and sixth in field goal percentage with a team-best .540. Scored a team single-game season-high 24 points on 10-of-15 shooting in win vs. Academy of Art on Feb. 7. That game capped a stretch of six PacWest games in which he averaged 18.5 points and almost seven rebounds a game while shooting 62 percent from the floor. Played season-high 36 minutes in win at Academy of Art on Jan. 30. Had 18 points and team single-game season-high 12 rebounds in win vs. Grand Canyon on Jan. 3. Averaged  11.5 points and seven rebounds while shooting 60 percent from the floor in the Penguins' first 13 games, six against teams that  ranked in the Top 10 in the NCAA Div. II West Region rankings. Shot .564 from the floor when Penguins won eight of final 11 games of season.

2010-11:  Was first-team All-Coast North Division I at Chabot College in Hayward.  Averaged nine points, nine rebounds and shot 58 percent form the floor in leading Gladiators to state playoffs. Considered University of Nevada and Cal Poly before transferring to Dominican. Prior to Chabot College attended CSU East Bay where he led team in rebounding.

Personal: Son of Janice Sering and Joe Noisat. Brother, Joseph. Averaged 13.9 points, 10.6 rebounds and two blocked shots a game in his senior year in high school for Elsie Allen Lobos. Featured in KPIX TV story on Jan. 6, 2012 about delaying his college basketball career to accept full-time job at a Safeway store to help his mother following his father's death.
