Biography

2013: Named All-WILA Honorable Mention as midfielder.

2012: Named to preseason All-Western Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Team by InsideLacrosse.com. As a sophomore played in 13 games. Tied for fourth in WILA in goals (21) and 10th in points (25). Named second team All-WILA. Scored three goals in a game three times, including at Whittier College on April 21 when he recorded team single-game season-high eight shots on goal. Had season-high 10 shots in win vs. Colorado Mesa on March 30. Had .705 shots on goal percentage. Had season-high four ground balls in win vs. Notre Dame de Namur on Feb. 25. Scored in 11 of 13 games coming off the bench. Led team with two game-winning goals; at Fontbonne on March 6 and at Adams State on April 5. Second on team in shots on goal (61).

2011: Played in 13 games as a redshirt freshman. Second on team in goals (25) and third in points (32). Tied Reed Upson for team lead in man-up goals (8) and led team in shots (100) and shots on goal (64). Fourth on team in penalties (6) and penalty minutes (6.0). Scored career-high and team season-high single-game six goals with nine shots on goal at St. Andrews on March 10. Had team season-high single-game 13 shots in 12-11 win vs. Grand Canyon on March 26. Had three goals in season-ending 9-3 win over Notre Dame de Namur on April 30.  Named Western Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association "Offensive Player of the Week" for combined weeks of Feb. 28-March 13 after he scored eight goals with two assists and 10 ground balls in three games. Named WILA "Offensive Player of the Week" again in final week of season after scoring hat trick vs. Notre Dame de Namur. Named Second Team All-WILA.

Personal: Son of Linda and Glen Copeland. Competed for Novato High School Hornets.
