2013: Named PacWest Player of the Week for week two, Sept. 9-15… Named to PacWest Final Five for weeks of Sept. 1-8 (week one) and Sept. 30 - Oct. 6.

2012: Played in and started 15 games as a junior… Led NCAA Division II women's soccer goalkeepers and the PacWest with overall save percentage of .910…  Second in the PacWest in shutouts per game (0.40) and third in PacWest in saves per game (7.40)… Recorded or contributed to six shutouts, including four in five-game stretch from Sept. 17-Oct. 4… Had 37 saves and allowed only one goal -- with 13 seconds remaining in the game of a 1-0 loss at Academy of Art on Sept. 27 that snapped scoreless streak of 241 minutes and 25 seconds and streak of 25 consecutive saves… Had career-high 15 saves in 2-0 loss at Grand Canyon on Oct. 13…  Ended season by stopping 24 of 25 shots on goal. Named to All-PacWest Second Team as goalkeeper… Named PacWest Goalkeeper of the Week for the week of Oct. 1… Named to PacWest Fantastic 15 for weeks of Sept. 24 and Oct. 15, 22, and 29… Made Dominican Dean's List for Spring and Fall 2012… Named to PacWest Academic All-Conference Team for third consecutive year… Inducted into National College Athlete Honor Society, Chi Alpha Sigma.

2011: Started 17 games in goal as a sophomore. Had 2.13 per game goals against average. Made 80 saves, second most in the PacWest. Sixth in PacWest in save percentage (.708). Was winning goal keeper vs. Sonoma State on Sept. 1, vs Western Washington on Sept. 7 and vs. Chaminade on Sept. 29. Had season-high 10 saves in back-to-back games at Cal Baptist on Sept. 24 and Sept. 26… Named to PacWest Academic All-Conference Team for second time.

2010: Started all 18 games as a freshman. Tied for second in PacWest with five shutouts… Third in PacWest in saves (87), fourth in saves per game (4.83), and sixth in goals-against average (1.56) and save percentage (.763)… Named PacWest Player of the Week for Oct. 18–24 after the freshman led the Lady Penguins to a 2-1 road trip through Hawai‘i, posting a 0.67 goals against average while registering two shutouts… Had game-winning save on a penalty kick and 11 other saves in 2-1 victory over Hawai'i-Hilo on Sept. 24… Named to PacWest Academic All-Conference Team.

Before Dominican: Named North Bay League’s Most Valuable Player and first-team All-Empire goalie as a senior in high school for the Montgomery Vikings who notched a 22-2-1 record and the North Coast Section Division I championship. She allowed only eight goals in 25 games. On Nov. 17, 2009, she was named ESPN Rise’s California Athlete of the Week.

Personal: Parents Helen and Pat Herring… Older sister Kathryn… Younger brother Daniel… Member of the Penguin Student-Athlete Advisory Committee in 2012-13… Served as student-teaching intern in the summer of 2013 at  All Children's Academics in San Rafael, a preschool/transitional kindergarten school on an autism scale aiming to mainstream students… Serving as student-techer at Coleman Elementary School in San Rafael during 2013-14 academic year… Big fan of classic movies and musicals.
