IRVINE, Calif. — Dominican University of California women's basketball player
Sandra Ikeora has been named PacWest Co-Defender of the Week. She shares the award with Point Loma's Roya Rustamazda. The awards are based on games played Nov. 7-13.
Ikeora averaged 16.0 points, 11.5 rebounds, 2.0 blocks and 1.0 steals per game in two PacWest/CCAA Challenge games at NDNU, all
in 45 minutes of playing time. The junior forward notched a double-double with 18 points and 15 rebounds, along with four blocks and two steals, against Sonoma State.
